I had the privilege of walking alongside the owners of Clear Design Group, both as their commercial real estate broker and construction partner, as they explored options for a new space that could grow with their team and reflect their evolving brand and creative culture.
They quickly caught the vision for Grove + Prairie and saw the potential to shape it into a home for their team. From there, it was a joy to partner on a build-out that brought their aesthetic and collaborative spirit to life. The space now opens with a thoughtfully designed entry, featuring warm walnut wood slat accents and inviting lounge furniture. A bold conference room with a massive sliding barn door leads into the vibrant heart of the office, an open kitchen and collaborative workspace.
Glass-front private offices line the perimeter, while a strong bank of open workstations fills the common area, striking the right balance between focus and connection.
Helping these longtime friends find and create their long-term “work home” has been one of the highlights of this project and a meaningful example of what’s possible through partnership and shared vision.
