The Serenity Med Spa leadership team approached me to explore options for acquiring or building a larger, high-end space to accommodate their growing practice. After evaluating several properties, we identified a building with good structural potential but little existing style. I developed a conceptual design that reimagined both the interior layout and the exterior aesthetics, aligning with Serenity’s vision. Partnering with Catalyst’s pre-construction team, we built a renovation plan that fit their budget and goals, ultimately acquiring and transforming the property.
