I assisted Cornerstone Living, LLC in negotiating and acquiring the historic Dewenter Building in Downtown Bloomington. After securing the property, I worked closely with Cornerstone Living to attract and secure quality tenants to fill the vacant space, including CMT Engineering, Vetter Design Co., and Adam Ghantous Financial Planner. I contributed to the conceptual design and defined the renovation scope, helping breathe new life into this historic structure. It’s exciting to see the building positioned for many more years of vibrant use, contributing to the continued revitalization of downtown Bloomington.
